Service Description
Handesly provides AI-powered interior design visualization, architectural rendering, floor plan generation, and video creation tools. Our service transforms uploaded images into design visualizations using artificial intelligence. Results may vary based on input quality and selected parameters.
User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Credits & Payments
Our services operate on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when using features like rendering, editing, or video generation. Credit prices and consumption rates are displayed before each transaction. Purchased credits do not expire but are non-refundable except where required by law.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload to our platform. AI-generated outputs based on your uploads are licensed to you for commercial and personal use. You may not use our service to generate content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights. Handesly's brand, logo, and platform design remain our property.
Limitations of Liability
Handesly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the last 12 months. We do not guarantee specific results from AI-generated content.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, abuse of the platform, or non-payment. Upon termination, your access to renders and data will be subject to our data retention policy.
